nah not 10, When you get 1 pack there will be inside them 5 Fragments for ONE Tacticfield (like 5 Frags for Ghostkill)

in a Week you will get idk... around 30 packs +-5

about the rewards i guess yes, the other rewards are Coins and Guildpoints (for level up your skills)
