1＃ Gehe zuI know this is the german server but right now we're having a problem with the NA server and the Brazilian server with the Tobirama event. I was checking here and you guys already had the event, that you need to upgrade your character clothes and get the rewards, being Tobirama the last reward.
So I have a question about this event and I hope someone here can help me.
People who upgraded the clothes before the event still got the rewards? I know there is two types of rewards, one is summon scrolls and the other are Threads and the Tobirama himself, I am talking about the rewards that had Threads and Tobirama.

well nobody knows because nobody hat his clothes on level 9, even notn in s1 yet. so you should get tobirama but look for the thread in this forum. there are some calculations how much you have to pay to get tobirama.

I know that nobody got the Tobirama, but people who upgraded the clothes before the event still got the Threads at least? -

Well, that's bad, because I have a friend that upgraded his clothes to 9 before the event, so now he can't get Tobirama...

I hope you're right and they fix it, because right now we can't get the rewards, the button is grayed-out.

This is not a bug (it wasn't a bug for us). As the description in your screenshot says, the thread/tobirama rewards are only obtainable when upgrading your armor during the event. That's why it's called "Armor Rebates", it's like a discount for threads, and as you don't need threads anymore with armor lvl9, you get tobirama instead for the last one.
On the other tab you get (as you already mentioned) rewards even if you upgraded your armor before.
But given the fact that the german version isn't directly linked to the english one, you should ask such questions in the english forums as things might work differently on your side. -
